How youths across Nigeria will be empowered – Isaac Balami

Isaac-BalamiIn his effort to empower youths from the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory, president of the National Association of Aircraft Pilots And Engineers, NAAPE, Comrade Isaac Balami, at the weekend hosted over 200 participants in a fast-breaking dinner in Abuja. In attendance were friends, partners, entrepreneurs and youth leaders.

While unraveling the aesthetic hi-tech ‘Balami Dream, BD Hub’ at what was tagged an evening of gist, Comrade Balami, the founder, said it was geared at contributing in building a leading incubation for world class innovation.

Speaking during the event, Balami restated that his unyielding interest is to empower youths as well as some agencies from various African countries.

He explained that the BD Hub is a futuristic green inclined Research and Training centre for Government, private and inter-government agencies to harness and empower the intellectual and physical prowess of Nigerian Youths both at home and those in the Diaspora.

“The BD Hub is one of the Largest in Africa which plans to occupy over 3000 square meters at the heart of Abuja in Wuse 2, Ademola Adetukonbo Crescent.

“the youths will have designated offices and representatives which will facilitate access to key individuals, training facilities, programs and financing of concrete home grown ideas that can create jobs,” Balami added.

Balami introduced different divisions of BD Hub which includes; 7 Star Hangar Global Limited- an Aircraft Maintenance, Management and consultancy Firm; Isaac Balami Foundation which has about 480 students on scholarship for the past 8 years which he personally funds.

He went further to introduce Cabinet X Africa which is the primary promoter of the Nigeria Rebirth Project that the wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Muhammudu is the grand patron among other companies that BD Hub will be accommodating.
