Kingsley Ehizibue is close to joining the list of players with Nigerian origin playing for other countries after Netherlands called him up to their junior national team.
The 20 year old PEC Zwolle full back is rated as one of the most exciting prospect in the Dutch Eredivisie and yesterday he scored his third goal of the season from his role as a right full back in their 2-1 loss to FC Twente.
So far he has made 20 appearances for PEC Zwolle in the league more than any other Nigeria full back in Europe but why his performances have gone unnoticed in his native land Netherlands are set to make a swoop for him.
He is expected to team up with the youth team of the country where he was given birth to by his Nigerian parents this weekend when they converge for camping.
However even if he plays for The Netherlands at youth level he can still switch allegiance to Nigeria at senior level like Victor Moses,Alex Iwobi and Omatsone Aluko did.
